We, Extramile are a charity hub which strives for the welfare of the society. Extramile was born out of an honest and dedicated mind of Sri M Nagamohan who dedicated his life to help the needy and to enable social work enthusiasts with an opportunity to serve the society in anyway they can. It all started with Innerwear distribution to orphanage girls (Balika Swabhiman) and now spread across different causes like Annadanam to the hungry, Vidyadanam to talented poor students by providing them with whatever they need to succeed in their educational endeavors.
About the founder: Manda Nagamohan
Shri Manda Nagamohan is the founder of Extra Mile, a non-profit organisation(NGO), based in Hyderabad. He is known for his tireless and consistent efforts to serve society, especially women, since 2017 with his organisation. He worked in the corporate, abroad and took early retirement at the age of 52, in 2017. Since then he has been fully dedicated to the social activities. He, while working in the corporate, was a key and active member in the Social Activities and drove a team of around 50 people to participate and enjoy social work. Drawing inspiration and energy from this, Extramile was started. He takes an Extramile in every possible direction and in every possible aspect and gives his best efforts to make others walk the Extramile which benefits the society. He strongly believes in “add something to the lives around not your own life.” Nagamohan is also an active member of the girls’ orphanage CHERISH, in Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad. CHERISH is a home for 35 girls. They include girls rescued from railway stations, bus stops, streets and parent less and single parent girls. The girls are studying in different classes from third to Intermediate. Naga Mohan has been in association with this orphanage from 2014. Now he is an active member of the orphanage as a co-functionary creating benefit and development for the girls.
Quality, not quantity
We have made quality our habit. It’s not something that we just strive for – we live by this principle every day.
While most of the things about the creative process will be forgotten, the excellence of our products and services will be remembered.
